|Recommended: NoUnethical Company — The management recently charged us 300 fine for trash violation and threatened us to terminate our lease without any evidence. I spoke with management and explained that the charges are unfair and invalid as I disposed the package inside the dumpster, I also asked them to review the security cameras that will clearly show that we are compliant. I would never recommend anyone to live here.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds And Very Clean. Maintenance Staff Is Always Professional And Very Friendly . — Good place to live . Office is always helpful, and quick to answer any questions we have. Maintenance Staff are very professional and kneadable of problems you need help with.
|Recommended: YesOverall Decent Place To Live — With the latest change in management, it's not a bad experience living here. There are a few things that could improve like all the cigarette butts all over the ground and the mesh covering the patio has tears so in the years I've lived here I haven't stepped on the patio more than a handful of times cause of bugs and bees wasps.
|Recommended: NoLtgp Review — Overall, since moving in, the quality of the apartment complex has gone down hill. There is constant smoking in the complex. One of my pets has respiratory issues, and when smoke from either a blunt or cigarette comes into my apartment, it makes me mad and concerned. I can't enjoy the fresh air without putting my pet's health at risk due to the constant smoking. There is also never parking available near my building. This is due to visitors parking in resident spaces. It is frustrating paying for a luxury apartment when it feels like anything but.
|Recommended: NoNot Recommended — Insides of the apartments are nice but with the hassles of applying here an moving in here, on top of the disconnected leasing staff in other terms horrible customer service. Office will leave you standing outside the office while someone is sitting across from the door with no acknowledgement with the exception of a couple times. The maintenance staff aren’t very courteous an gives an unwelcoming atmosphere to the apartments an I’ve never lived anywhere that ran it’s property likewise. It’s a bit appalling if you ask me. Walls are thin and you could hear your neighbors throughout the day. I don’t not an will not recommend anyone to live here.

|Recommended: YesReview — I love living here. My only complaint is the parking. If you come home after 8pm you have to park far away from your apartment. I do realize some of these apartments have 2 to 4 cars per apartment, then visitors which we all know do not park in visitor parking at all times . Each apartment should have 1 assigned spot.
The maintenance staff are the best and fulfill requests fast and efficiently.
Stevie in the leasing office is also wonderful. Very pleasant
